Scientific opinion varies, but it is often thought the evening is an ideal time, because this is when the body’s mineral levels fluctuate most. However, it is important to ensure the supplements are taken with your largest meal of the day to maximise nutrient absorption, whether this is your lunch or evening meal.
Yes. Always ensure that tablets or capsules are taken with plenty of liquid to help swallowing and to wash it down. It is not recommended to take tablets or capsules with hot drinks such as tea or coffee, as not only could you burn your mouth if you take too large a sip, but this may also cause the tablet or capsule to disintegrate too early.
Difficulty in swallowing tablets is quite a common experience. Nutra King™ have researched this extensively and recommend after chewing some food (e.g. banana), just before you swallow, pop the tablet into your mouth and swallow it together with the chewed food, followed by some liquid. The throat opens up wider to swallow the chewed food and so the tablet should go down with greater ease. Alternatively, the tablets may be swallowed with thicker liquids such as yoghurts or smoothies.
Nutra King™ products are for specific adult requirements or life stages and are therefore not recommended for children under the age of 12. We are working on to introduce new specific liquid and chewable formats for children. Please sign up to our newsletter to be informed about its launch date.

We aim to keep our manufacturing in Europe, but we use manufacturing facilities in India accredited to GMP standards. Raw materials can be sourced in the EU and across the world, to strict pharmaceutical or food grade standards.

The standard time frame from UK customers is 3 – 5 working days, however, this may vary depending on the time of year and / or exceptional circumstances, such around Black Friday week or the festive season and New year. To check the status of your order you can log into your account and click on the order tracking number. Your confirmation email will also have the RM tracking link on it.
Our “RESOLUTION” guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund.
